Whispa Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Last updated: May 11, 2026. These standards explain Whispa's zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Scope

These standards apply to Whispa, including anonymous posts, comments, replies, rooms, images, Campus Hub listings, reports, notifications, and any other user-generated content or behavior in the app.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Whispa strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualization of minors, or any attempt to create, request, share, promote, store, or distribute exploitative content involving minors.

Any account, device, post, comment, reply, image, room, or Campus Hub listing connected to CSAE may be removed, restricted, banned, reported to relevant authorities, and preserved as needed for safety, investigation, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

3. Prohibited Content And Behavior

Users may not upload, request, describe, distribute, link to, encourage, threaten, joke about, or facilitate any CSAE or CSAM. Users may not use Whispa to groom, exploit, coerce, blackmail, traffic, sexualize, contact, identify, or endanger minors.

4. Reporting And In-App Feedback

Whispa provides in-app reporting tools for posts, comments, replies, and other content. Users can report unsafe, abusive, illegal, or exploitative content from within the app. Users may also contact our child safety point of contact by email.

5. Review And Enforcement

We review user reports and safety signals. When we become aware of CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting access, disabling accounts or devices, preserving relevant information, and reporting confirmed CSAM or serious child safety threats to appropriate authorities where required by law.

6. Safety Controls

Whispa uses moderation rules, reporting, blocked content checks, admin review tools, and account or device restrictions to reduce harmful content and behavior. We may update these controls as new risks are identified.

7. Legal Compliance

Whispa is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We do not allow Whispa to be used to create, store, share, or facilitate illegal content involving minors.

8. Child Safety Point Of Contact

For child safety concerns, CSAE reports, or notices from Google Play, contact Whispa at hello@whispapps.com.

9. Emergency Situations

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. You may also report the issue to Whispa through the app or by email.
